Validate the current layout (F12)

Safety approval applies to the current geometry, fixed head assignments and machine parameters.

1. Run Nesting → Safety check (F12) after manual editing, reassignment or restoring a project. Automatic nesting normally checks its result itself.
2. Check sheet and remnant bounds, overlap, clearance, assigned-head reach, physical head spacing and shared-axis batch coordination.
3. Read the reported instance, head or constraint when validation fails; adjust the relevant layout or parameters and check again.
4. Only after a current pass should you generate the route and prepare the transfer.
