1. Data we collect

Download registration requires company name and email. Contact name and country/region are optional. Feedback requires email, subject and message, with optional company and contact name. Records include submission time, language and privacy notice version; a download time is recorded after a successful installer transfer. Page visits also record IP address, device type, browser, page, referrer and time for this site’s statistics. Missing referrers appear as direct / unavailable; referrer query parameters are removed. The current form session links the first page, source and campaign with registrations, downloads, contact-link clicks and enquiries. Administrators confirm qualified enquiries manually. A telephone or email click does not mean contact was established. IP location is approximate. The independent server sends only the visitor IP, without names, email or page URLs, over HTTPS to ipwho.is for country/region/city lookup and caches results for 30 days. Timeouts, limits or VPNs may cause unknown or inaccurate locations. The hosted site uses platform edge location data without an additional IP lookup. Location is identified locally using the bundled offline IPv4/IPv6 database first; matched IPs are not sent to an external service. Private, loopback and reserved addresses are labelled separately. Existing visits can be backfilled without changing their counts.

2. How data is used

Data is used to provide downloads, review feedback and address related enquiries. It is not automatically added to a marketing list. An email entry does not verify ownership of the address. Registration does not grant a software licence or machine authorization.

3. Storage and access

Records are stored in the database on the server hosting this website. Only the website administrator can view or export them. Records are retained for 365 days by default and then automatically deleted. The operator determines the actual server location and should complete the notice to reflect deployment and business practices. Visit records are kept for 90 days by default, configurable separately, and are available only to administrators. Unique visitors are estimated from IP and browser combinations, not exact people counts. To prevent duplicate submissions and abuse, the server keeps one-way submission fingerprints for 10 minutes and keyed IP/email hashes with rate counters for up to one hour. Expired records are cleaned automatically; these hashes are not used to count visitors.

4. Cookies and preferences

The same necessary form session also links sources and conversions; no additional analytics cookie or third-party tracker is used. Language preferences are saved only with your permission; change the choice in the footer. On a first visit to the site root, the IP region selects a supported website language. Regions with unsupported languages, or unknown locations, use English. Explicit language URLs remain unchanged, and a saved language preference takes priority. This selection is processed on the server without an additional external IP lookup.

5. Your requests

To request access, correction or deletion, use the feedback form or the operator’s contact email and include the company name and email used in your submission. The operator may need to verify the requester’s identity. Visit records are kept for 90 days by default, configurable separately, and are available only to administrators.

6. Download links and security

After registration, published installers have a link valid for 30 minutes, usable only in the registering browser. Do not send trade secrets in the feedback form. Follow the official package and machine instructions for installation and machining.
