Main program production

The main program organises received layouts and production tasks, supervises equipment and displays real feedback. mCAD prepares layouts; the IMCMotionService motion service executes controller commands.

01

A complete production workflow

Follow the actual connection, referencing, material, task and production states.

02

Connect and confirm readiness

Communication with IMCMotionService alone does not prove the controller and drives are ready.

03

Whole-machine homing and Go to 0

Homing establishes the mechanical reference; Go to 0 moves to an already established mechanical zero.

04

Set the material origin with H1

The H1 laser references the sheet after successful whole-machine homing.

05

Receive or import saved .mhg layouts

A saved layout file is preparation data, before it becomes a production task.

06

Add quantity and process mode; review estimates

The task record combines a saved layout with the required repetitions and current process settings.

07

Arrange and run the production queue

The queue holds repeated machining tasks in the displayed order.

08

Place material, scan the frame and start

Confirm the actual sheet and current task before any live movement.

09

Monitor, pause, stop and clear faults

Actual feedback determines machining state and permitted continuation.

10

Completed counts and restart persistence

A real completed machining cycle advances the task’s completed quantity.

11

Live servo load and peak replay

Load curves come from actual drive torque feedback.

12

Speed modes, backup and parameter export

Use verified material/process modes and keep a configuration backup before authorised changes.

13

DI/DO diagnostics and tool-head downgrade

Diagnose the actual fault and distinguish a Z servo failure from an isolatable W/tool fault.
