Completed counts and restart persistence

A real completed machining cycle advances the task’s completed quantity.

1. At the end of a real production cycle inspect the completed count in Production tasks.
2. Review remaining quantities and the next task before continuing the queue or unloading.
3. Tasks and counts are saved and restored when the program restarts; check that files exist, speed modes remain enabled and planning matches the current parameters.
4. Before the next run verify actual controller readiness and mechanical referencing again.
